Board Minutes for February 10, 2006
Meeting held at the home of John and Sally Peterson.
President Stan Edwards called the meeting to order. All board members were present except Florian Seppman. The minutes were read by Sally Peterson and were approved with one correction.
Dean Otto was not present at the last meeting in the cemetery Dean Otto gave the treasurers year-end report and it was approved as read.
Old Business
John Peterson brought up the subject of road signs. After much discussion we decided to appoint John to find appropriate signs and turn the bill into the cemetery.
New Business
Jerry Neilsen reported on spraying weeds this year. Green Care will do the spraying again this year.
The mowing cost will remain the same as last year.
There was some discussion on road repair after which we decided we may have to add some crushed rock.
Ruth Otto approached the subject of raising the price of grave spaces. After some discussion the motion was made to increase the price of regular grave space to $450 and cremation spaces to $225 . The motion was 2nd and carried.
Ruth Otto mentioned we might think about advertising again. Dean Otto suggested looking into a web page. Dean will do this and poll the board to get approval.
A motion was made, 2nd and carried to adjourn.
